Job Description

 

Centroid is seeking highly capable Associate candidates to join its Real Estate Investment Division. In this role, you will support the team with market data research, financial modeling, and active involvement in discussions related to leasing, restructuring, refinancing, and disposition strategies. You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of ongoing projects. This position is for a duration of 3 to 6 months, starting ASAP, with potential full-time conversion subject to performance evaluation.

 

Responsibilities

-     Screen and evaluate investment opportunities by conducting market research, financial analysis, cash-flow modeling, and feasibility assessments

-     Assist in managing the deal through the whole process, from preparing pitch decks, to due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing

 

Qualifications

-     Experience in management consulting, private equity or investment banking is highly preferred

-     Excellent academic background from a top-tier academic institution

-     Financial modeling skills is preferred

-     Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-     Proficiency in Korean and English is required
