6-month internship in economy, environment, education, finance or other sectors of interest
Spring and autumn semester (approximately 6 months)
1. Graduate student
2. GPA 3.2 or higher
3. Fluent in English or French (TOEIC 900 or higher/TOEIC Speaking Level 7 or higher/TEPS 760 or higher/TOEFL 105 or higher/ILETS Band 7 or higher)
1. Internship : 4-day a week internship at the government institutions, companies, research institutes and non-profit organizations located in Washington DC, USA
2. Leadership Forum : Attend the weekly lectures given by the leaders from companies and government institutions
3. Academic Course : Attend classes of your interest (i.e., politics, economics, foreign affairs)
Spring and autumn semester (approximately 15 weeks)
1. Undergraduate students who at the times of application have completed 5 – 7 semesters, Graduate students who have completed 2 – 3 semesters
2. GPA 3.0or higher
3. Fluent in English (TOEFL iBT 80/TOEIC 800/TEPS 700 or higher)
Participate in various research projects in different fields (the fields are subject to change every semester)
Summer and winter break (10 weeks)
1. Senior or higher (undergraduate); Graduate students in the master’s course
2. Fluent in English
There are year-round programs that give you an opportunity to work as an intern at the Korean offices of International Vaccine Institute (IVI), World Food Programme (WFP) and other international organizations. For more details, please check the notice board on the SNU Career Development Center website.
If you are selected in the overseas internship programs other than those introduced by SNU Career Development Center, we offer an opportunity for the financial assistance after a screening process.
Year round (must be lodged at least 3 weeks before departure)
Current SNU students who have been accepted to the overseas internship programs (undergraduate)
Foreign company overseas and international organization (the overseas branch of the Korean company is not accepted).
