The SNU Career Development Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for the career development of both current students and graduates of Seoul National University. Established to facilitate smooth transitions from university to the professional world, the Center offers a wide range of structured programs and services tailored to the cyclical stages of career growth—from self-assessment and career exploration to skill development and job preparation.

In a rapidly changing global job market marked by increasing uncertainty, the competencies required for future success are also evolving. As such, the role of the Career Development Center has become increasingly critical in helping students build their employability and career competitiveness through systematic and effective guidance.
To support students in realizing their career goals and values, the Center operates a variety of programs, including:

• Career assessments, one-on-one counseling, and mentoring with alumni and professionals
• Customized career and employment education programs
• Corporate information sessions, recruitment fairs, and industry-linked programs
• Online job postings and real-time employment information

Furthermore, to enhance global employability, the Center offers initiatives such as the Global Internship Course, support schemes for prestigious overseas internships, global networking programs, and the development of an international employer database.
