직무 개요

본 포지션은 Axis 트레이딩 데스크에서 실시간 트레이딩 운영을 지원하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 글로벌 거래소 전반에서 이루어지는 라이브 트레이딩 환경 속에서 포트폴리오 운용을 보조하고, 체결 성과와 시장 흐름을 분석하여 수익성과 운영 안정성을 지속적으로 개선합니다. 또한 실제 트레이딩 손익(PnL)에 직접 참여하며, 장기적으로는 독립적인 트레이딩 또는 포트폴리오 운용 역할로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.

주요 업무

• 다수의 글로벌 암호화폐 및 탈중앙화 거래소에 걸친 포트폴리오 운용 및 리밸런싱 지원
• 자본 배분 및 리스크 노출 수준이 적절하게 유지되도록 모니터링 및 보조
• 담당 근무 시간대의 트레이딩 성과 및 PnL 현황 점검
• 실시간 트레이딩 시스템 감시 및 이상 징후 탐지, 운영 안정성 유지
• 시스템 오류 또는 시장 이슈 발생 시 엔지니어링·리서치 팀과 협업하여 신속히 대응
• 체결 품질, 슬리피지, 거래 단위 성과 분석을 통해 전략 효율 개선
• 시장 상황을 분석하여 단기 트레이딩 기회 발굴 및 실행 지원

필수 자격 요건

• Python을 활용한 데이터 분석 역량
• 금융 거래, 암호화폐 시장 및 퀀트 트레이딩에 대한 높은 관심과 학습 의지
• 빠르게 변화하는 시장 상황에서도 합리적인 판단을 내릴 수 있는 분석력
• 문제를 구조적으로 정리하고 해결해 나가는 능력
• 실시간 트레이딩 환경에서 요구되는 책임감, 정확성, 집중력
• 트레이딩에 대한 강한 흥미와 지속적으로 실력을 개선하려는 태도

우대 사항

• 금융, 경제, 수학, 물리, 통계, 컴퓨터공학, 공학 등 관련 전공 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험

Job Descriptions

We're hiring a Junior Quant Trader to join our Trading Desk operating across global crypto exchanges.

You'll assist in managing live trading operations, analyze execution performance, and seek opportunities to maximize profitability under dynamic market conditions. This role provides direct exposure to trading PnL and a strong foundation for growing into an independent portfolio management role.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management and rebalancing across multiple exchanges
• Assist in maintaining optimal capital allocation and risk exposure
• Take responsibility for shift performance and overall PnL monitoring
• Monitor live trading systems, detect anomalies, and ensure operational stability
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to resolve system or market issues
• Analyze execution quality, slippage, and trade-level performance to improve strategy efficiency
• Evaluate market conditions to identify and capture short-term trading opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and algorithmic implementation
• Strong interest in financial markets and quantitative trading
• Quick analytical thinking and situational judgment in fast market environments
• Structured problem-solving skills and ability to learn rapidly
• High sense of accountability, precision, and discipline in live trading operations
• Above all, passion for trading and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or time-series forecasting
• Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, and trading platforms
• Some exposure to quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, or crypto trading
