Job Title : Trade Finance Trainee
Summary
- Assist Trade Finance sales officers for generating revenue by originating trade finance deals
- Execute transactions by following up country risk and sanctions matters, liaising with external and internal stakeholders as Trade Finance Front Office team member
Key responsibilities
- Revenue Generation
- Assist TF Front Officers and Coverage team to develop new business and to adopt new client
- Co-work & participation for client events
- Transaction execution
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to execute deals
- Prepare and obtain internal support for new deals / new credit facilities
- Operate Compliance due diligence for Trade Finance transactions
- Coordination with Coverage team and Back Office to ensure efficient handling of transactions
- Reporting and coordination
- Produce on-demand regular and ad-hoc reports
- Assist CA-CIB overseas networks to support their activities and follow up any request
- Co-ordinate with Trade Finance Back Office, Financial Institution Group, Corporate Coverage to follow-up Trade Finance related matters
Job Requirements
- Experience in TF Front Office or other department in banking industry preferred, but not necessary
- Major in International Trade, Economics or relevant field of study preferred, but not necessary
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and excellent in Korean
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Term of Contract
- 1 year contract (renewable up to 2 years based on performance)
- Join date: Around June
