2023 Financial Management Group – Graduate, Seoul (1-year contract)

The Financial Management Group (FMG) of Macquarie provides finance and accounting services to all areas of the business. We are currently looking for a graduate to work in the Financial Management Group in Macquarie’s Korea office.

 

Your responsibilities will include supporting finance processes in financial controls, regulatory reporting and tax compliance including corporate tax return and VAT return. You will also be exposed to finance process projects and change initiatives.

 

This will include supporting with the month-end closing, regulatory return preparation, prepare materials for project communications and other regional communication updates.

 

In this role, you will mainly be working with Financial Management Group teams in Korea. You’ll be learning on the job, working on daily regulatory calculations, completing financial and regulatory reporting month end with tight timelines.

 

The experience you will have throughout your program can set you up for a successful career following the completion of your studies.

 

We are looking for individuals with an Accounting or Business Administration background. Ideally you will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and good computer literacy skills in Microsoft Excels.  Other systems that will be used are Oracle Fusion GL, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. You will need to be very comfortable working with numbers and data.  Fluency in English is required and knowing other Asian languages would be advantageous as we deal with many locations throughout Asia.

 

This is a full-time position and we are looking for graduates to join us upon graduation in 2023. Kindly note that this is a 1-year contract position.
