The Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer who wants real ownership early. You'll work across our stack, from the AI-powered tools our creators and editors use every day, to the assignment and workflow systems that route thousands of creative briefs, to the dashboards that turn ad performance into decisions. This is a generalist role at a company where shipping fast and thinking about the whole problem matters more than staying in a narrow lane

We move quickly and we're meritocratic. The people who ship the things that matter get more scope, more ownership, and more upside - fast. You'll partner directly with product, operations, and the founders. If you like owning a feature end-to-end, working close to the business, and seeing your code change how a real company runs, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Work On

AI-powered tools that power our core product

Systems that match and route work across our network at scale

Internal dashboards and analytics that drive decisions

Integrations with major ad platforms and AI models, plus the data pipelines behind them

Operational tooling that keeps the business running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Solid full-stack development experience

Strong with Next.js and the Vercel ecosystem

Experience with PostgreSQL

Fluent with the latest AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, cmux, and similar)

A bias toward shipping, you'd rather get a working version in front of users and iterate than polish in isolation

High agency, you spot the thing that needs doing and do it

Nice to Have

Personal projects taken end-to-end or launched

Experience at an early-stage startup and a feel for that

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience

Equity: meaningful ownership in an early-stage, fast-growing company
