Take your career to the next level by joining a Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Team that is supporting major business and technology transformations for our customers.

We are seeking a High Touch Operations Manager (HTOM) and motivated to work with our most strategic and impactful customers in support of their aggressive transformation agendas.

We are "Cisco's Face to the Customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.

Cisco team making us trusted advisors capable of building solid, long-term relationships with our customers.

 

Who You'll Work With

 

The ideal HTOM should have a passion and history of striving to provide the absolute highest level of customer support.

You should have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, ability to perform.

Command of customer’s environment (economic, political, cultural) as a part of this team is also important.

You will work directly with customers, gaining experience and exposure into their networks.

 

Who You Are

• Be the “go to” person and main point of contact for customer and internal teams.

• Acting as single contact point for operational issues, you will interact with the customer frequently coordinating technical issues and customer needs.

• You will present customer needs to Cisco post-sales support teams and applicable organizations.

• Strong presentations skills and be hands on with various styles of data analytics.

• Build consistent relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• CCNA, PMP or ITIL practitioner is a plus.

• English communication.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

시스코 CX(Customer Experience) 의 HTOM (High Touch Operations Manager)은 시스코의 주요 고객을 대상으로 고객의 최접점에서 시스코의 서비스 지원 조직을 대표하여 리딩하는 역할로써 고객과 시스코 파트너 그리고 시스코 내부 지원 조직간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 네트워크 인프라 전반에 대한 Day 2 지원(운영 관리)을 하는 역할 입니다.

 

또한 고객 비지니스의 충분한 이해를 바탕으로IT 네트워크 인프라 운영 고도화를 위한 데이터 분석과 개선 사항을 제시하는 역할도 수행하게 됩니다.

시스코는 변화를 두려워 하지 않고 어렵고 복잡한 문제를 해결해가며 고객 경험의 향상과 함께 성장하고자 하는 분은 지원 가능하며 입사하게 될 경우 사내 교육 후 네트워크 운영 지원 전문가 및 기술 전문가와 같이 일하게 됩니다.

 

주요 업무 내용:

• 프리미엄 서비스를 구매한 고객의 네트워크 인프라의 이해와, 운영 시 발생하는 문제 및 고객 요청에 대한 신속하고 효과적인 대응 지원

• 고객의 네트워크 인프라 운영상의 문제에 대해 시스코의 단일 창구 역할로써, 고객과 시스코 내부 유관 부서의 커뮤니케이션 역할

• 심각한 네트워크 중단 및 복잡한 문제의 원활한 처리를 위한 커뮤니케이션 및 에스컬레이션 역할

• 고객 네트워크 인프라의 자산관리를 통한 안정적인 운영 지원

• 네트워크 인프라 운영 고도화를 위한 개선 사항 도출

• 월별/분기별/연간 성과 보고

 

자격요건(非 엔지니어):

• IT, Computer Science, 빅데이터, 데이터 사이언스, 비지니스 등 관련 전공 우대(학사 또는 석사 학위 예정자 또는 졸업자(2022년 1월 이후))

• 프리젠테이션 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자(상)

• English Communication Skill 보유자(Speaking/Writing)(중상)

• 데이터 분석 능력(중상)

• ITIL v3, CCNA, PMP 자격증 소지자(선호)
