■ 업무내용

• 건축사 업무 보조

• 주요업무는 건축 설계, 감리, 시공, 프레젠테이션 자료 작성 등. 현재 '프레젠테이션 자료 작성' 의 비중이 높으며, 프로젝트 상황을 따름.

• 본사 출근 시 09:00~18:00 (외근 시 현장여건을 따름)

• 25년 6월 초까지 상시모집

■ 복리후생

• 유연근무제: 주 1~2일 근무, 출근 요일 선택 (주중 또는 주말 가능)

■ 요구역량 및 급여

• 필수: 금연, 지방 및 해외 출장가능, 라이노

• 우대: 공병군필, 건축산업기사, 운전면허, 그래스호퍼, 트윈모션, 다빈치리졸브

• 인턴: 고교 이상 관련전공 (건축, 영상 등) 재학생

• 기본급 일 9만원 이상, 우대 요구역량 갖춘 경우 협의가능

ParkMinGwan architects is currently recruiting part-time assistants to support our architectural practice.

 

■ Job Description

• Architectural Assistant

• Main tasks include architectural design, construction supervision, on-site management, and preparation of presentation materials. Note: Currently, a significant portion of the work involves preparing presentation materials. The workload may vary depending on project status.

• 09:00–18:00 when attending the main office (fieldwork hours may vary depending on site conditions).

• Rolling admissions until early June 2025.

■ Requirements & Compensation

• Essential: able to travel domestically and internationally, proficiency in Rhino.

• Preferential: Military engineer, Industrial Engineer Architecture Certificate, Driver’s license, Grasshopper, TwinMotion, DaVinciResolve

• Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in architecture, film, or related fields at secondary school level or above.

• Compensation: From 90,000 KRW per day, negotiable for preferred skills or experience.
