[Internship Opportunity at Rylson Private Equity]

Established in 2018, Rylson Private Equity(“Rylson”) is an independent private equity firm in South Korea, focusing on buyout investments in special situations. Our investment team consists of professionals with backgrounds in PE / IB / Consulting, bringing strong expertise and deep insights into PE investments. Rylson has recently completed a successful carve-out deal in Hyundai WIA, earning recognition as a rapidly growing private equity firm. In line with our continued expansion in scale and investment coverage, Rylson is seeking to hire an intern who is available for 6 months starting ASAP.

 

Responsibilities

- Conduct research, analysis and evaluation of a variety of PE investment opportunities

- Participate in drafting various PPT materials and IM for both internal and external purposes

- Assist DD (Due Diligence) process by actively managing the transaction process with bankers, accountants, lawyers and consultants

 

Qualifications

- Superior analytical, financial and problem-solving skills; Proficiency across Excel / PPT / Word

- Keen understanding of the M&A transaction process

- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Graduates or those expected to graduate in the First half of 2026

업무 내용

- PE 투자 기회를 기반으로 한 산업리서치, 기업 재무분석 및 Valuation (Financial Modeling, Comps 등)

- 내/외부 미팅에 활용되는 Teaser 및 IM 작성시 수반되는 PPT 작성

- 예비/본실사 프로세스에 참여하여 FDD, CDD, LDD, TDD 프로세스 관리 Assist 업무

 

자격 요건

- 대상 : 기졸업자 또는 2026년 상반기 졸업 예정자

- Financial Modeling 및 재무분석 능력, Self-driven한 문제해결 능력

- M&A에 수반되는 모든 프로세스에 대한 이해도

- IB/회계법인 분야 Internship 경험자 우대
