1) About ExitPartners
ExitPartners is a medical MSO founded as the next chapter by the two entrepreneurs who successfully exited the global K-beauty brand SKIN1004.
With a strong belief that K-Medical & aesthetic tourism will be the next major K-wave, beyond K-pop, K-content, and K-beauty cosmetics, we officially launched NOHD Clinic in the heart of Gangnam in October 2025.
Since opening, we have achieved nearly 2x month-over-month revenue growth within less than three months, with over 80% of our revenue coming from international patients.
We are planning to open at least two new clinic locations within this year, and are rapidly scaling our organization, operations, and brand to support this growth.

Our team is composed of:
- A CEO with extensive experience leading overseas business for global beauty brands
- Former MBB consultants
- Brand experts and marketers who founded Korea’s leading education brands
Starting with just 3 people in June 2025, we have quickly grown into a 15-member team.
With an average age of 28, we value fast execution, open communication, and a flat, collaborative culture.
3) Open Positions
a) Positions
- Global Marketing & Growth (Full-time / Intern)
This role supports international patient acquisition and global brand communication, covering multiple markets including China, Japan, Taiwan, and English-speaking regions.
What you’ll do
- Analyze global social media trends, memes, and consumer behavior to design and validate growth hypotheses
- Lead the full experimentation cycle: hypothesis → experiment design → execution → validation
- Execute influencer collaborations and GTM strategies that drive both brand awareness (traffic) and conversion
- Build strategic insights through repeated cycles of research, planning, execution, and performance analysis across the full offline B2C customer funnel
- Integrate and analyze performance data from Google, Meta, and other channels
- Build and operate Looker Studio dashboards to improve data-driven decision-making
- Leverage AI-powered tools (GPT-5.2, Gemini Pro, Claude, n8n, etc.) and data platforms to design growth strategies and execute them in an agile, fast-paced manner
- Taiwan Market Growth Intern- GTM Focus ( Intern)
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the Taiwan medical beauty market, from market entry to early growth.
- Research local consumer behavior, platforms, and trends to identify high-impact growth opportunities for skin clinic marketing.
- Source, manage, and collaborate with Taiwan-based influencers, designing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and clinic visit conversion.
- Localize global brand messaging into Taiwan-specific content, ensuring cultural relevance and performance-driven storytelling.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using engagement, traffic, and inquiry data, and iterate strategies based on insights.
- Work closely with global growth and operations teams to deliver a consistent cross-border brand experience from online touchpoints to on-site visits.

- Contract Duration: 3 months (negotiable; full-time conversion possible after internship)

- Location: Office near Gangnam Station Exit 1, Seoul
