Job Description

1. Department: Private Equity
2. Duration: At least 3 months starting in January
3. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate investment opportunities through in-depth analysis of potential target companies’ financials, operations, industry dynamics, and investment structures
• Perform valuation analyses including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO modeling
• Prepare investment memoranda and other materials for internal review and investment committee discussions

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
2. Demonstrated maturity, confidence, and ownership of work, with strong analytical and qualitative skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds is preferred
