Job Description
- Program: Private Equity Internship
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
- Start Date: Late January to Early February 2026
- Team: Investment Division
- Location: Jongro-gu, Seoul
- Interns will work directly with investment professionals as part of the Investment Team, gaining hands-on exposure to live transactions, due diligence, and investment decision-making processes.
- Rather than performing routine research tasks, interns are expected to actively contribute as junior members of the Investment Team and develop a practical understanding of private equity investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and evaluating potential investment opportunities through industry research, company analysis, and financial performance assessment
- Assisting in the due diligence process, including financial analysis, market research, and financial modeling
- Assisting in the preparation of investment memoranda for potential acquisition targets
- Preparing ad-hoc analyses, presentation materials, and internal memos for meetings if necessary
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance and accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- High level of professionalism, maturity, ownership, and work ethic
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or related fields is preferred
