Amazon Japan is excited to provide Program Management internship opportunities for 2027/2028 graduates in 2026. As a Program Manager Intern, you will be championing various projects within the Amazon Logistics Team (AMZL) team. The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Team is responsible for the acquisition, design, construction, and management of all facilities in the Amazon Delivery Station Network. For more details - Amazon.jobs

 

1. Position Details

• Location: Tokyo, Japan

• Duration: 8~12 weeks between May - October 2026 (Start date is flexible; extension possible based on schedule and performance.)

【Selection Timeline】

• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship:
Interview: End of January - End of March
Offer: April

• Candidates with no visa sponsorship requirement:
Interview: End of February - End of May
Offer: April - June

 

3. Basic Qualification

• Education: Current 3rd or 4th-year student at an accredited 4-year university.

• Graduation Date: Students graduating in 2027 or 2028 (Eligible for Full-Time Employee conversion after the internship).

• Language: Business level fluency in English required (Written & Verbal). (*Japanese language skills are NOT required.)

• Availability: Able to participate in an 8–12 week onsite internship in Japan (May – October 2026)

 

4. Preferred Qualification

• Language: Japanese proficiency is preferred

• Key Competencies: Project Management Skills, Data Analysis Capabilities, Process Improvement mindset, Strong Documentation Abilities, Cross-functional Collaboration
