Job Title: Product Consultant Intern (Chinese speaker)

The Opportunity: 

This is not a typical internship.

You will act as a bridge between our technology and our clients' business goals.

 

● Global Exposure: Work directly with company leadership and a global network of executives and partners across the US, EU, and Asia from day one. 

● End-to-End Sales Cycle: Gain accelerated, hands-on experience across the entire sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and product demonstration through to successful client adoption and project closing. 

● Note on Travel: This role requires significant international travel to engage with clients, conduct on-site product demonstrations, and support technical sales activities across various regions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstrations: 

- Prepare and lead system setup, configuration, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. 

- Create simple wireframes or mockups to visualize feature planning and customizations. 

 

2. Workflow Consultation & Advisory: 

- Act as a trusted advisor, consulting clients on how to optimize their existing manufacturing and supply chain processes using our data. 

- Collaborate with internal product teams to define new feature requirements based on client feedback. 

 

3. Stakeholder Training & Support 

- Develop and deliver persona-specific training programs for new stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption.

- Foster strong relationships with users, balancing technical feasibility with business needs. 

 

4. Customer Engagement:

- Monitor user activity to provide actionable feedback that drives deeper product engagement. 

- Manage the implementation of the solution, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. 

 

Requirements:

⚫ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 

⚫ Language Proficiency: Professional working fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking). 

⚫ Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders. 

⚫ Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice. 

⚫ Consultative Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet during live demonstrations. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

⚫ 1–2 years of prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, Product Design or Supply Chain Management. 

⚫ Experience with enterprise software solutions or IoT technology. 

⚫ Basic design proficiency (Figma, Sketch, or similar) for creating wireframes. 

⚫ Experience working in a cross-cultural or international business environment.

 

Working Conditions:

⚫ Role: Product Consultant Intern (Chinese Speaker) 

⚫ Compensation: 2,500,000 KRW / Month 

⚫ Duration: 3~6 Months (Performance-based Full-time offer available) 

⚫ Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Global HQ)
