• Salary: 2,200,000 KRW per month

 

Job Description

 

The Customer Team is responsible for managing the modern trade, QSR, Cinema, and leisure channels to drive sales revenue and increase market share. An intern will assist customer managers through various tasks, including data analysis, market trend collection, promotion support, and customer engagement across each channel.

Additionally, the intern will coordinate and align with cross-functional teams (including those in Japan and other countries) to facilitate meetings and discuss numerous agendas for improving sales performance.
 

 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Deliver results with strategic thinking: Support customer marketing collaborative program
  (Plan- Execution-Tracking the results with sales data)
• Good Inter-personal & communication skills: Collaborate with internal (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technical, PR team) /External functions (The Bottler: Trade marketing, Sales team, Marketing, Customers)
• Good analytic skills: Support sales analysis and consumer insights leveraging internal sales system (BW sales data) and research resources (food service tracking data, macro-micro insights data)
• Ideate and adapt new ways of marketing method for customer programs (i.e., SNS, Live commerce, Mobile Apps)
• Market visits (food service channel, CVS and hyper channel - once a week per customer)                    

 

Requirements

 

• Education background / Major: University student / Regardless of major
• English Skill: Fluent in English. Excellent written English
• Computer Skill: Proficient (Excel, PPT), Power BI (if possible)

 

• Related Work Experience (Preferred) : Strategic thinking / Strong Communication skills / Inter-personal skills / Project management
