Job Description: Strategy and Finance Intern (CEO/CFO staff)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy and Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a students to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business operations for a leading e-commerce and enterprise logistics and supply chain company. The ideal candidate will support the strategy and finance teams in analyzing financial data, preparing investor relations reports, and contributing to decision-making processes that drive the organization’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial models and analyzing key financial metrics and reviewing reports with head of investor relations (under CEO office) and CFO.
- Support the preparation of ad hoc monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare board of director presentations and materials for shareholders.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the strategy team to analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Support scenario planning and forecasting to assess potential business outcomes.
- Work with finance and strategy team to streamline financing and investment initiatives.
- Assist in drafting investment memorandum for fundraising activities.
- Data Collection and Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain financial and operational data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and presentations.
- Business Case Development:
- Assist in developing business cases for new projects or initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and strategic analysis.
- Team Support:
- Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions with insights and suggestions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on special projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA candidates will be considered based on experience and background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling (not critical but helpful).
- Knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles is preferred but not critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Operations and Technology Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for students eager to gain experience in optimizing operations and implementing technology-driven solutions. The intern will assist in enhancing operational processes, analyzing data, and supporting technology projects that contribute to the organization’s efficiency and growth and work directly with the business operations team (COO office) and the technology engineering team (CTO office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Assist in analyzing and improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Technology Implementation:
- Support the implementation and testing of new technology tools and systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Research and recommend innovative tools to streamline processes.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational and technology-related data.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights to management.
- Identify trends and patterns to support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management:
- Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with different teams.
- Assist in documenting project requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
- Track progress and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Process Optimization:

Qualifications:
