Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis on emerging trends, disruptions, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate directly with eMoldino's leadership and clients to co-develop actionable business strategies, ensuring improvements in productivity, profitability, and market positioning.
- Analyze supply chain operations and pinpoint inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization, using industry best practices and data-driven insights.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, executive leadership, clients, and investors, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide valuable recommendations based on the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory insights in supply chain management (SCM).
- Take ownership of client-facing tasks, contributing directly to strategy formulation, hypothesis testing, and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native or fluent English speaker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or strong interest in consulting, supply chain processes, or business strategy.
- Familiarity with B2B supply chain data and workflows.
- Experience conducting data research and analysis.
- A passion for project development and management.
