Working with the firm’s US- and European-based teams and other investment areas (public equities, debt, and venture), Bain Capital Asia functions as a part of an integrated worldwide organization and leverages the firm’s global capabilities in analyzing, executing, and managing investments.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Bain Capital Private Equity Korea is accepting applications for a 6-month internship based in the Seoul office (internship duration to be agreed with the candidate). Intern(s) will work closely with private equity investment professionals and assist the team in analyzing investment opportunities through industry study, financial analysis and due diligence. The internship will provide an opportunity to experience the private equity investment life cycle from the frontlines.

 

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Prior internship experience in private equity investing, investment banking or consulting background is preferred
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and strong problem solving
• Team-oriented, self-driven and able to work independently
• Fluent verbal and written in both English and Korean
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• A GPA of 3.5 or higher from a reputable university

 

 

DURATION

: The internship will commence on the week of January 20^th, 2025 for a duration of ~6 months subject to the candidate’s availability.
