DESCRIPTION

IMM Investment Corp. is looking to hire a research analyst (RA) to join the Alternative Capital Market Division. The research analyst will support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and the implementation of alternative investment opportunities (private equity, private debt and real estate funds and companies).
RA will support the investment team with the analysis of primary and secondary investments including financial modeling, valuation analysis of overseas alternative investment products, preparation of documentations for investment committee.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Candidates must be available to work for a minimum of 3 months starting from January 2, 2025 
– Prefer Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
– Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or Private Equity
– Strong analytical, quantitative research skills
– Flexibility and international exposure
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
