Job Description

Centroid is seeking internship candidates for Centroid’s Real estate investment division. In this role, you will support teams with market data research or be involved in financial modeling and discussions related to leasing, restructuring, refinancing and disposition strategies. You will also have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects. The role is for 3 to 6 months starting ASAP. 

Responsibilities 

• Screen and evaluate deals, by performing market research, financial analysis and cash-flow modeling, investment feasibility, and making recommendations to senior members of the team

• You are encouraged to form independent thinking and proactively share their views

• Assist in managing the deal through the whole process, from preparing pitch decks, to due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing.

• Ability to multi-task and manage processes are critical

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in management consulting, private equity, accounting firm and or investment banking is preferred.

• Academic qualification: Excellent academic background from a top-tier academic institution

• Technical skills: Financial modelling skills is preferred

• Language skills: Proficiency in Korean and English is required
