Anchor Equity Partners is currently looking for Summer Analysts to join the team in its Korea office. Following the internship, successful candidates may be considered to join the firm full-time following graduation.

 

Summer Analyst Program Description and Primary Responsibilities

The program is expected to last approximately 10-weeks (Jun. 2025 – Aug. 2025). The Summer Analysts will have a unique opportunity to work with the highly seasoned investment professionals in the Asian private equity industry. During the internship, the Summer Analysts will

• Support evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities
• Gather and synthesize financial and operational data of target industries and companies
• Undergo structured training program from junior and senior members of the investment team

Qualifications

• Expected graduation between Dec. 2025 and Jun. 2026
• Strong passion for corporate investing and desire to learn operational value-add
• History of outstanding academic achievement
• Prior internship experience in private equity investing, general investment banking or consulting background is preferred but not required
• Fluency in both Korean and English is a must, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong team orientation and demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members
