TEAM

Ocado’s Partner Success team is the primary point of contact for our retail Partners to ensure they are fully conversant in the use of OSP (Ocado Smart Platform). They have in-depth knowledge of all their Partner’s support requirements and upcoming deployments as well as their OSP operational performance. They champion the cause of their Partners to drive maximum performance and business value for the Partners and for Ocado.

WHAT YOU DO

Partner Success Intern will work closely with the Partner Success Manager (PSM) to implement and improve multiple operational issues that our retail Partners face and drive performance improvement with strong ownership and partnership. Great organisational and communication skills are key in this role as you will be working across teams to support all areas of the Ocado Smart Platform.

REQUIREMENT

• The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Korean as much s native tongue. Some of the job duties will include translation and interpretation between the PSM, who is a British national, and local clients who are native Korean speakers.
• While we maintain an office in Seoul, the PSM intern will need to accompany PSMs to travel to the client’s operational sites (e.g., retail stores) in and outside of Seoul. This is a hands-on role and the expectation is to work mostly in person. It is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broad range of skills used in grocery ecommerce operations, have exposure to the client-facing
• Partner Success Intern reports into the Partner Success Manager. They work closely with Commercial Managers and Solutions Managers as part of the Account team in Korea. The intern will have opportunities to work with experts from the UK.

OTHERS

• 3 months fixed contracts with the possibility in renewal up to 3 months
• Line Manager : Non-Korean (must speak in English)
• This will require some part of domestic travels (vising Lotte site nationwide)
• Joining date : 2 Dec 2024 ideal, but slightly can be adjustable
