[Internship Program – 투썸플레이스 신규사업담당 인턴십]

 

■ 신규사업담당 미션

-   투썸플레이스의 기업가치 증대 및 지속 성장을 위한 중장기 inorganic 신성장 전략 수립

-   이의 실현을 위한 해외진출, 신규사업 및 인수합병(M&A) 대상 발굴 및 사업 타당성 검토

-   유관 부서 및 외부 전문가와 협업을 하며 전 과정을 리드

 

■ 인턴 담당업무

-  Perform industry/market research of key sectors and monitor financial/operational performance of select companies and brands;

-  Perform desktop research on go-to-market and/or new brand launch considerations;

-  Assist in building financial and benchmarking models for various new business development ideas;

-  Assist in conducting due diligence and other execution workstreams for new business development projects;

-  Draft internal and external discussion materials and memos for new business development proposals and approvals; and

-  Assist English/Korean translation

 

■ 기타사항

-  This Business Development team (신규사업담당) is a recently established team that is headed by a leader 

   with private equity experience from an Asia-based investment fund. The team works closely with and 

   reports to the CFO and CSO, both of whom have investment banking experience from a reputable global investment bank;

-   Furthermore, the Company is 100% owned by one of the leading global PE firms. You will gain direct exposure 

    to the various value creation initiatives undertaken by a PE-owned company. We believe the training and 

    experience from this corporate internship will be unmatched in the market

 

■ 근무조건

-  근무형태: 체험형 인턴  (※인턴십 종료 후, 인턴십 수료증 발급예정)

-  근무기간: 최소 3개월~최대 6개월 (서류합격 후 인터뷰 진행시 협의 예정)

-  급여조건: 세전 월 2,200,000원 (식대포함, 추가OT발생시 수당 별도 지급)

-  근무위치: 투썸플레이스 본사 (을지로 4가)

-  근무시간: 주5일(월~금), 09:00 ~ 18:00 (점심시간 1시간)
