Ascent Equity Partners – Internship Opportunities

Recruitment Overview:

Ascent is currently hiring a Research Analyst Intern with competitive experiences in capital market and client services, and degrees (but not limited to) in business, economics, or related areas.

The Firm is seeking candidates who will be available in June 2024, though the exact dates of onboarding may be discussed for exceptional candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be involved in various investment-related activities including documentation of memoranda and internal reports, in-depth research on industry, targets, technologies, etc., and assist in portfolio management.

Qualification:

-         Strong passion in investment

-         Native proficiency in written and spoken Korean and English (Native or near-native fluency in Chinese and/or Japanese is a high plus)

-         Good communication and time management skills

-         Proficiency in MS Office is a must and strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and valuation is a plus

-         Prior experience in investment banking or management consulting is a plus but exceptional candidates without those experiences will be considered

Others:

-         Internship Period: 3 months or more

-         Salary: Above minimum wage (to be discussed)
