Responsibilities

The essence of the job is to support the growth marketing team members to generate meaningful acquisitions and grow our membership so that our great stories can meet more people globally. More specifically:

• Manage performance marketing campaigns on various acquisition programmatic channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat to constantly acquire paying users and drive revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations in areas such as campaign operations, creative assets, and the user funnel.
• Actively participate in ad creative asset production, collaborating with designers and linguists to create image/video assets on a weekly basis and to test new ad creatives.

Qualifications

• Displays a keen interest in social media, performance marketing, and/or growth marketing. Any prior experience or knowledge in this field would be greatly valued.
• Demonstrates a data-driven approach and mindset.
• Enjoys consuming webcomics, webnovels, or engaging storytelling content.
• Proficient in both English and Korean languages.
• Adept at working across different functions in a fast-paced start-up environment, as a natural cultural fit of Manta - refer to Ridi Code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background in performance marketing, data analysis, SEO, and/or related fields.
