Job Description

[Book Closing]

• Prepare daily/monthly journal entry and bank account clearing
• Prepare daily reconciliation report
• Booking new assets and disposal of assets
• Issue invoices to related company
• Handle various request from other departments

 

[Tax Reporting]

• Handle monthly VAT reconciliation with other departments
• Support quarterly VAT reconciliation

 

[Overhead Expense]

• Check General/Personal overhead expense claim
• Perform vendor registration for General expense claim
• Submit overhead expense claim related to the Accounting department

 

[Others]

• Perform test in terms of UAT(User Acceptance Test), K-SOX(Internal Control over Financial Reporting)
• Support Policy and Process Instruction update in case
• Corporate authorized certificate management
• Approval of dealer’s bank account
• Documentation  - Claim, Daily Closing documents

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics
• Work experience in Accounting and Tax is preferred
• Work Experience in Financial Company is preferred
• Intermediate level of English is required
• Knowledge of Accounting(IFRS) and Tax is required

                                                                                      

Additional Information

• 인턴기간: 3개월 (업무 평가에 따라 정규직 전환 가능성 有)
• 전형방법: 1차 서류전형 / 2차 면접전형
