Job Description

1. Department: Private Equity
2. Duration: At least 3 months starting October 2023
3. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze potential investment opportunities, including assesing target companies’ financials, operations, industry positioning, and investment structures.
• Conduct valuation analysis using methods such as trading & transaction comparables, DCF and LBO.
• Prepare investment memos and other discussion materials to support decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge in finance and accounting
2. Demonstrated maturity, confidence and a proactive approach to work, complemented by analytical and qualitative skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds is preferred
