Job Specifications 업무내용

  • Job Specification
  • Supporting Project Volcano (Simplification) project
  • Regular monitoring IDEA box and TRT Scrum agenda
  • Meeting call arrangement with stakeholders
  • Meeting minute log
  • Posting the simplification initiatives via Yammer and email

 

  • Supporting local Internal control testing procedures
  • Supporting local control owner communication in the context of task assignment, task & due date reminder, actions owner training.
  • Collecting the evidence & supporting documents from local control owners according to IC&P manager’s instructions.
  • Facilitating the system update.  

 

  • Qualification and required skill:

-   Fluent in English

-   Fast learner with good communication skill  

-   MS office proficiency
