Title: Private Equity/Real Estate Intern - 2023

 

Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul

 

Duration: 3 months

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Private Equity/Real Estate Intern.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities

Assist in the due diligence process, including financial analysis, industry research, and company/asset valuations

Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior investment professionals

Participate in team meetings and contribute to investment discussions

Support portfolio management activities, including monitoring financial performance and conducting industry analysis

 

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in finance, business, real estate, economics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts

Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and investment metrics is a plus.

 

*Transition to full-time position may exist subject to an intern's performance during the internship period*
