What is Ringle Teens?
- Ringle Teens is a premium, online 1:1 tutoring platform for school-aged users to foster valuable cognitive skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and concentration skills. Ringle Teens aims to provide a platform where more underlying, critical assets can be harnessed and stimulated in students. Ringle Teens lessons are conducted by native-speaking tutors from top-notch universities in the U.S. and the U.K.
Teens TF Business Development Intern Role
►TOP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working directly with members of the Ringle Team to support overall project needs
- Identifying new business development opportunities
- Working with Ringle Teens team to create better methods to address customer complaints in a timely manner
- Occasionally participating in meetings with other teams within Ringle to develop new strategies to better Ringle Teens product and services
- Reaching out to potential/existing customers by phone or by email
- Selling products or services to existing/new customers
- Managing Ringle Teens’s customer experience processes
- Promoting the company and its product/service
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of customer/tutor outreach events
- Arranging 1:1 meetings, interviews, and mock sessions with potential Ringle Teens tutor candidates
- Identifying Ringle Teens tutor recruiting opportunities by collaborating with former/current Ringle tutors
- Participating in Ringle’s Tutor Team meetings to share new ideas to help the team’s operations and come up with strategic decisions to recruit tutors for Ringle Teens
- Supporting Ringle Teens tutors’ onboarding processes
- Listening to customers and tutors’ concerns, handling complaints, and answering inquiries from customers, Ringle Teens tutor candidates, current tutors, and other Ringle colleagues when necessary
- Performing other duties as the need arises within the company
► CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- A current college student or recent graduate who can speak English or is a bilingual (proficient in both Korean and English) and can work full-time on weekdays
- A candidate who is self-motivated and can multi-task
- A candidate who has experience working independently and as part of a team
- Someone who can maintain strong lines of communication with all members at Ringle
- Someone who has professional communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
► ADDITIONAL NOTE
- Your compensation will be determined after we review your resume, conduct job interviews, and have an in-depth conversation with you after the firm decides that you are a good fit for the position

- Pay: 2,220,000 KRW (Before taxes)

링글 내에 늘어나는 주니어 고객들을 파악하여 10대만을 위한 링글 서비스인 링글 틴즈를 만들어가고 있습니다. 링글 틴즈는 기존 링글 플러스와 차별성을 두어 10대들의 관심사와 학습 능력에 맞춰 교재, 튜터, 그리고 추가적인 기능을 통해 주니어 화상 튜터링의 선두를 도모하는 신사업입니다. Teens TF팀은 사내 다양한 팀들과 협업하며 링글 틴즈 오퍼레이션에 필요한 튜터, 고객 관리, 홍보 등을 도맡고 있으며 링글 틴즈가 10대들에게 단순 영어 교육을 넘어서 성장을 도모하는 튜터링 플랫폼을 만드는 것이 목표입니다. 특히 10대들의 4Cs(집중력, 창의적 사고, 소통 능력, 비판적 사고)를 배양하는 데 있어 최고의 플랫폼이 되고자 노력하고 있습니다.
