Korea ORM Trainee

Main Responsibilities

1. To support operational risk management department in managing operational risk events’ investigation and timely reporting  
2. To produce KRI and Permanent Control dashboard and coordinate local Operational Risk and Control Committee with action follow-up
3. To support the outsourcing service supervision committee to strengthen the vendor management and risk monitoring
4. To coordinate the risk control self-assessments of business units and support units and formalize the consolidated risk assessment for Korea management
5. To support the operational risk global tools/projects rolling out in Korea
6. To support the business continuity management related initiatives
7. To maintain sound operational risk management risk culture mindset through training, communication letters etc
8. Back up team member when needed 

Language & Computer Skills

1. English and Korean: Fluent
2. Proficient with Microsoft office tools 
3. Experience on data analytics is a strong advantage
