Equis is looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic candidate to join the Investment Team as an Intern. During the internship, you will assist investment professionals in domestic renewable energy and waste infra deals.

Our corporate entity is actively pursuing infrastructure development and investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. Equis is focused on the development of renewables, waste processing and recycling infrastructure assets across developed markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Equis has recently raised US$ 1.25 billion capital from ADIA and OTPP. Prior to the transition, Equis raised over US$2.7 billion in private equity capital in a series of funds including Equis Asia Fund I, Equis Asia Fund II, and Japan Solar.

3 Months (additional term may be discussed)

[Scope of Training]

-Drafting exercise in relation to investment memorandum and investment papers for renewable energy and waste infrastructure projects

-Market research exercise in relation to weekly market monitoring data and news-run on domestic renewable energy and waste sector

-Legal research exercise in relation to relevant legislations(including any amendment), policies, regulations and other market dynamics relevant to Equis’ business

-Practical experience in relation to day-to-day business operations and asset management as well as administration duties

[Qualifications]

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-Fluent in both Korean and English-Excellent analytic and quantitative skills-Prior internship experience in finance highly preferred but not required
