[담당업무]

• 소셜 미디어 통한 잠재적 후보자 접촉 및 관리
• 복수의 채널을 통한 소싱을 통해 적합한 후보자와 커뮤니케이션
• 온라인 및 오프라인 채용브랜딩
• ATS를 통한 후보자 데이터 관리
• 새로운 소싱 채널 발굴 및 실행
• 기타 TA 관련 업무 보조

 

[자격요건 및 우대사항]

• 대학교 3학년 이상 또는 졸업생
• 최소 3개월 이상 주 5일 근무 가능자
• 영어 및 한국어 능통자 (필수)
• 일본어 능통자 (우대)
