Key Responsibilities:

Projects & Service Excellence (50%):

Support with data gathering, research & analysis, strategy creation for workplace consulting projects.

Support with communication & engagement activities for change management projects.

Business Development & Marketing (30%):

Support with business development efforts & creating marketing/ pitch collaterals, contents, translations, etc.

Operations (20%): overall team operations & admin support

 

 Key Requirements:

Enrolled in the last semester of or graduated from an accredited Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. Related majors preferred (Business, real estate, architecture, urban planning/ design, or other quantitative discipline etc.)

Proactive, energetic & passion for and willingness to learn about workplace consulting & change management and how these can make peoples’ lives better.

Strong quantitative/ analytical skills and attention to detail.

Self-starter with strong sense of ownership with ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Korean and English is a MUST

Proficiency in Microsoft Office_Excel & PowerPoint; experience working with other software preferred (AutoCAD)

근무 조건:

- 근무 형태: 인턴 계약직 3개월

- 근무 일시: 주 5일 (월-금), 오전 9시 - 오후 6시

- 급여: 회사 내규에 따름

- 입사 시기: ASAP
