Job Description

The selected candidate for this summer intern program will support the Fixed Income Sales team for deal execution covering infrastructure and acquisition financing sector and could support trading floor based in Hong Kong/Seoul for cash bond if needed. This position would be good opportunities for candidates with ambition and capabilities to develop career as a banker which would focus on alternative investment products such as infra based project financing and acquisition financing for prominent borrowers globally.

The main role will be assisting the sales team in Hong Kong/Seoul for summarizing key terms in legal docs and IM during the deal execution. The selected candidate would also need to search and analyze relevant market data or past deal information if necessary. The candidate will also support ancillary activities for deal execution such as collating KYC docs, drafting e-mail to clients, and summarizing the dialogue during conference calls.

Role Prerequisites

• Undergraduate student graduating in Feb 2024 or afterwards
• Business Administration, Finance and Accounting related major would be preferred
• Fluent in both English and Korean
• Experienced in MS office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Proficiencies in legal terminologies/principles to summarize key terms of the business legal docs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide relevant information timely
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Relevant working/extracurricular experience will be an advantage
