What we offer:
The Intern will have the opportunity to work with the specialists in the Front Office, mainly
with the business unit of Corporate Banking during the internship programme. The
incumbent will gain experience on the deal-making and transaction processes adopted by a
highly qualified and international team. The Intern will also acquire broad banking knowledge
and have excellent opportunity to experience day-to-day life of a Corporate Banking
business.
Duration:
• 6 months full time internship
• Tentatively starting in the middle of April 2023.
What you will experience:
• Assist to prepare client meetings and customise client pitch presentations
• Assist to prepare transaction-related Letter of Interests and Term Sheets
• Assist to prepare transaction memos for senior management approvals
• Assist to conduct financial analysis on the existing and prospective borrowers
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
• Support the on-boarding process of clients and documentations for the transaction
• Interact with multiple departments in offices globally as well as Seoul Branch
