The internship:

For our Advisory Digital Team, we are looking for enthusiastic students for a 6-month internship based in our Seoul office, starting in end-April at the latest. We are interested in candidates for full-time commitment.

 

The Advisory Digital Team focuses on HR products, product related services, and solutions to help our clients. For this internship the main focus will be to support on our Rewards and Benefits solutions. You will have a chance to gain experience in activities related to our Rewards and Benefits solutions such as our annual reward database, custom client surveys, and client relation management activities. You will closely work with colleagues full of expertise within the area of Rewards and Benefits.

 

Your internship projects may involve activities such as:

- Support delivery of Rewards and Benefits projects

- Working on the Korn Ferry reward database

- Liaising with clients and providing operational support

- Data cleaning, checking and analysis

- Helping organising events and webinars

- Supporting in client delivery meetings

 

 

Skills and experience:

- Currently studying (Bachelor or Master) or graduated

- Business administration, psychology, education, statistic major preferred but not mandatory

- Strong organisational and analytical skills

- Strong communication skills and not afraid to approach people

- Feeling for numbers, statistics, data analysis

- Enthusiastic, hard-working, hands-on, committed attitude and flexible

- Proficient in English and Korean

- Proficient in Excel and other MS office programs
