Stonebridge Capital is an independent alternative investment firm that split off from IMM Investment in 2008. Since its establishment, Stonebridge Capital has expanded its business into private equity, venture capital, and real estate investment. As of February 2023, the firm’s total AUM is approximately KRW 2.4tr.

 

Job Description

(1) Opportunity: 3 Month Internship starting Feb 21, 2023                                                                                                                                                                            

(2) Department: PE Front Office

(3) Salary: To be discussed separately

(4) Responsibilities of the Role

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of private equity investment opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial, commercial, and legal data of potential targets
• Draft Korean and English investment reports
• Participate in writing periodic reports of portfolio companies for internal and external purposes
• Prepare daily news material pertaining to private equity, M&A, and overall equity capital markets

 

Qualifications

Native/Full professional proficiency in Korean and English is required

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, work ethic, and attention to detail is required

Proficiency across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary

Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking, and management consulting is preferred

Should be able to work full-time throughout the internship period
