Job Description

[Employee Training Support]

• Account setting for new joiners into Online Training Website
• Handle employee training expense reimbursement process
• Consolidate and update of annual employee training status

 

[Hiring&On-boarding Support]

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
• Guide interviewees at interview date
• Prepare welcome package for new joiners
• Work hour/Leave management system account setting

 

[Employee benefit program support]

• Handle employee congratulatory/condolence reimbursement
• Order congratulatory/condolence gifts
• Prepare mobile support claim
• Update monthly New Hire/Retire information for Group life insurance

 

[Support of HR document]

• Translate internal HR policies and HR process instructions into Korean
• Upload HR documents to Groupware website

 

[HR Contract Management]

• Register HR vendor into internal system
• Prepare contract extensions of HR vendors

 

[Other ad-hoc HR support]

• Support company event preparations/HR compliance activities

 

Job Requirements

• University graduate or university graduation student
• Intermediate speaking to advanced understanding English skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good in process understanding and problem solving
• Detail oriented and careful person in dealing with confidential documents

                                                                                      

Additional Information

• 인턴기간: 3개월
• 전형방법: 1차 서류전형 / 2차 면접전형
