Job Description

[Monthly closing]

• Prepare business monthly closing
• Prepare daily reconciliation report
• Handle to various request from other department
• Booking new assets and sales of assets

 

[Shared service]

• Check the quality of monthly closing provided by accounting firm
• Prepare requested data for tax reconciliation and External audit
• Report monthly closing data

 

[Forecast / Planning]

• Check the data quality and analyse the forecast and planning provided by the affiliate company
• Steer Overhead forecast with full cooperation with other departments
• Assist IT cost forecast and planning

 

[Overhead Expense]

• Check General/Personal overhead expense claim
• Check the payment claim within the budget
• Document overhead cost claim

 

[Daily Operation]

• Prepare daily reconciliation report
• Support internal guideline update in case
• Daily Treasury – Cash reimbursement

 

 

Job Requirements

• 기졸업자 혹은 2023년 2월 졸업예정자(Full-time 근무 및 즉시 입사 가능한 인원)
• 경영/경제/회계학 전공자
• 비즈니스 영어 가능자
• 회계 관련 인턴 경험자 우대
• MS Office 고급 활용 가능자 우대

                                                                                      

Additional Information

• 인턴기간: 3개월 – 업무 평가에 따라 정규직 전환 가능성 有
• 전형방법: 1차 서류전형 / 2차 면접전형
