Job Description

⦁    Market Research – Conduct market research in a professional and timely manner, and build development project or acquisition feasibility studies and/or strategies for approval accordingly
⦁    Investment Paper Drafting – Assist team members drafting Investment Papers with market research and data to deliver deal prospects to HQ and Investors
⦁    Finanial Modeling- Support senior investment manager on financial modeling aspect 

Job Requirement

⦁    Have graduated, or are expected to graduate in the next 6 months (4년제 대졸 이상 또는 졸업예정자)
⦁    Degree Qualified preferably with exposure to Finance, Economics or Real Estate
⦁    Korean and English fluency is required (able to communicate with the regional team)
⦁    Analytically inclined, detail oriented and organised with focus on deliverables
⦁    A self-starter, with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard
⦁    Ability to work independently and within a team environment and,
⦁    Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information
⦁    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁    PC Proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Work Condition

⦁    Hiring Department: Capital Transactions
⦁    Position: Capital Transactions Intern (Full-time Based upon 6 months internship performance)
⦁    Salary: KRW 2,300,000 per month
⦁    Work Period: 6 months (subject to extension or full-time transfer based on performance)
