1. [HR Consulting] Research Analyst Intern

 

2. Key Responsibilities

 

Advisory Team Research Analyst Intern (HR Consulting/Digital team 인턴)

• Project support, Research, Translation, etc
• Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
• Apply, as directed, the work procedures or approaches needed to address technical challenges in the project.
• Carry out secondary research, analyze and manipulate data and produce reports to provide understanding and insights for a project or sector team.
• Perform basic client research, pulling client information, formatting proposals, under direction.
• Support the project/bid manager in ensuring that options are priced appropriately, contracts are clearly drafted and agreed and that invoices are raised and paid according to agreed schedules.
• Operate effectively as part of a bid, project or sector team to cooperate and exchange information efficiently.
• Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, share and request data.
• May comment on and interpret analyses/data for clients directly to further project objectives and/or the relationship with KFHG. Contact will be remote via telephone or email and after approval by the project leader.
• Is developing an understanding of a range of standard KFHG analytical processes and related protocols, templates, and tools generally within a defined service line or area of expertise.
• Ad hoc support duties as required

 

3. Key Qualifications

- BA graduate or graduating students (business administration, psychology, education, statistic major preferred but not mandatory) 4년제 졸업 예정자 혹은 기졸업자 선호 (전공 무관하나, 경영학, 심리학, 교육학, 통계학 등 선호)

- Contract period depends on the projects but normally 1-3 months(프로젝트별로 기간은 상이하나 약 1-3개월 전후)

-  full-time needed (근무 시 full time 가능자)

- English<->Korean translation ability preferred (영어우수자 – 번역 가능자 우대)

- Having experiences at consulting firms or HR team preferred (컨설팅펌이나 기업 인사팀 인턴등의 업무경험자 우대)
