What you will experience:
• Assist to prepare client meetings and customise client pitch presentations
• Assist to prepare transaction-related Letter of Interests and Term Sheets 
• Assist to prepare transaction memos for senior management approvals
• Assist to conduct financial analysis on the existing and prospective borrowers 
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
• Support the on-boarding process of clients and documentations for the transaction
• Interact with multiple departments in offices globally as well as Seoul Branch
