Newlake Alliance is currently looking for candidates for 3~6-month internship to join the

investment team and successful candidates with exceptional performance during the internship program will be considered for a full-time Investment Analyst position.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

-  In-depth Market & Industry Research

-  Financial Valuation & Investment Opportunities Review

-  Due Diligence Review of Investment Target Companies

-  English-Korean Translation

 

Qualifications:

-  Native fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal)

-  Previous internship experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, accounting background (Preferred, but not required)

-  Possession of Accounting or Finance Certifications (e.g. KICPA, AICPA, CFA) (Preferred)

-  Familiarity with financial statements, valuation, and modeling

-  Proficiency across MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
