Job Title: Human Resource (인사부)  - Trainee 채용

 

Key responsibilities

Recruitment/ Resignation Process

• Assist in recruitment of employees which includes arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, on-board processes etc.
• Assist in the process in relation to staff resignation in accordance with internal procedures

 

HR Operations

• Back up for HR officer on activities such as maintaining different HR systems/ ensuring accuracy of employee data, etc.
• Assist in monitoring staff working hours and overtime records
• Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submission to local authorities
• Provide administrative support for internal trainings
• Assist in preparing team-building activities, CSR activities, external job fair events, etc.

 

Budget and Finance

• Assist in annual budgeting and accruals, working closely with Finance team
• Assist in processing HR related invoice and payment

 

Job requirements          

• Major / Concentration: Flexible, but Business Administration, Legal preferred
• Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Macro etc.)
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic

 

Term of Contract:

• 1-year contract (renewable up to 2 years based on performance)
