Cowell Investment Group Intern Recruiting

Cowell Investment Group is a Hong Kong-based family office with multiple investment strategies and businesses.  We are looking for a full-time research intern to support our investment managers in assessing the current as well as future global macro environments/trends.  Individuals who are curious by nature and have a thirst for knowledge will be able to learn a lot in this role.

Role - Global Macro Research Intern 

  • Provide research and administrative support to the firm’s investment managers
  • Read, produce, and organize reports on key topics & themes such as:
     - Global economic updates & trends
     - Innovation & future technologies (blockchain, metaverse, industrial-tech, auto-tech, artificial intelligence, etc.)
     - Trends in other industries
     - Company-specific research
  • Develop investment ideas based on research
  • Develop research & investment presentations
  • Other ad hoc projects or tasks 

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree candidate or recent graduate
  • Self-starter with strong interest in investing and global trends

  • Enthusiastic learner with curiosity and thirst for knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English & Korean
