Position: Research Analyst (“RA”) (Full-Time Conversion Available) | Internship (Student Intern)

Job Location: One IFC Seoul 13F

 

Program Period:

 

RA program expected to last between July 1, 2022 – Dec 30, 2022.
Successful candidates with exceptional performance will be offered a Full-time Analyst position.

• SM Entertainment (Mar.2022): Completed shareholder proposal in SM 27^th general shareholder meeting

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:

• Valuation modelling (high proficiency in Excel) with essential accounting and finance skills
• Attention to detail, superior communication skills (English and Korean) and interest in investment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills supported by good reasoning and multi-tasking ability
• Preferred: Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or equity research
• Preferred: Finance related certificates owner (ex. Certified Investment Manager etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

 

RA(s) will have a unique opportunity to work with highly seasoned and successful investment professionals and will support the team in various stages of investment process.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying investment opportunities through financial-based screening and research
• Executing in-depth research and analysis over potential investment target and related industry
• Conducting conference calls and meetings with industry experts, companies, and advisors
• Preparation of information memorandum (“IM”) and other internal / external presentation materials
