Job Title: Marketing Operation Intern

Period: 3 months+*

*Full-time intern is preferred, but negotiation is possible for part-time. And, if needed, intern period can be adjusted. Possibility of a full-time employee is only after an internship period of 3 months

 

Responsibilities Include

- Researching crypto-related Social Media Influencers and becoming a key point of contact

- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends

- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

- Managing Discord, Twitter, and Telegram and analyzing current trend and issues

- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback

- Working closely with the global marketing team to oversee and align marketing campaigns across all products

- Provide day to day operational support for key processes (assist with daily administrative duties, like developing reports, presentations, data, content and digital repositories)

- Coordinating project status updates and reporting on campaign performance

- Translating from Korean to English if possible

- Special projects and duties as assigned

- You’re very comfortable using Google Suite products and understand their capabilities

- You’re highly organized and have an exceptionally high level of attention to detail

- You have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and prioritize clarity & brevity in all communications

- You have a natural talent to effortlessly improve a process and a highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively and respectfully across organizational levels

- Must be able to come to work at the office in-person

- Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

 

Desired Characteristics

- It’s a plus if you have experience with project management tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Analytics, etc.

- It’s a plus if you have experience in the financial or technology sectors and even more ideal if you have experience marketing non-tangible financial products to consumer or institutional clients

- You don’t have to be a crypto expert, but it is preferable to have an interest in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, NFT, etc

- You have excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills

- You have a strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned and are able to complete a tasks quickly while anticipating the need to plan for another project in short succession

- Self-motivated professional with ability to work independently and take charge

- You’re praised as being positively calm during periods of disorganization or uncertainty

- You’re a proactive and creative problem solver who develops new and innovative ways to work towards goals
