<Job Description>

1. Department: Global Investment (Southeast Asia Division)

2. Duration: 3+3 months, starting ASAP(negotiable)

3. Responsibilities

- Evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing target company’s financials, operations, industry, and investment structure

- Prepare investment memo and other discussion materials

- Investment meetings and documents translations

<Qualifications>

1. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Korean (Chinese a plus)

2. Strong passion to learn venture capital business?, especially with a global perspective

3. Demonstration of maturity, confidence, ownership and teamwork over work with analytical and qualitative skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Capital IQ is necessary

5. Prior internship experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, venture capital is strongly preferred
